Why families choose us

The details most transporters skip.

Anyone can put a crate in a van. Getting a nervous animal through a long journey calmly takes a bit more thought.

Handlers, not just drivers

Everyone who touches your pet's journey is trained in animal behaviour, not only logistics. They know the difference between a nervous bark and a distressed one.

Climate-controlled the whole way

Vehicles and crates are temperature-monitored from collection to delivery, with extra stops built in during South African summers.

You can actually reach us

A real person answers when you call, and you get updates at each major point of the journey, not just a tracking number and silence.

Documentation handled properly

Import permits, vet certificates and airline paperwork are checked well before travel day, so nothing gets held up at the last minute.

Insured, door to door

Cover applies from the moment we collect your pet until they're back in your arms, not only for the flight itself.

Built around your pet's temperament

Nervous rescue or seasoned traveller, we adjust crate training, routes and rest stops to how your specific pet actually copes with travel.

Bailey travelled from Joburg to Cape Town while we were mid-move and I was more anxious than he was. They sent a photo at the halfway stop before I'd even thought to ask.

Lindiwe Khumalo

Owner of Bailey, a Labrador · Johannesburg

Moving two cats at once sounded like a nightmare. The crates were already scent-trained before collection day, which made a bigger difference than I expected.

Werner Botha

Owner of Milo and Pepper · Pretoria

Rocco isn't an easy traveller, he gets carsick and doesn't warm to strangers. They asked about all of that upfront and planned around it instead of just noting it down.

For journeys within South Africa, two to three weeks gives us enough room to plan routes and rest stops properly. International relocations need more lead time, generally six to eight weeks, mostly because of vet documentation and airline scheduling.
