Planning
We map rest stops, confirm crate requirements, and for international moves, start the documentation checklist early enough that timing doesn't become a problem.
Collection
A handler arrives at your door at the agreed time, takes a few minutes to properly meet your pet, and loads them calmly rather than rushing to the schedule.
Journey
Your pet travels in a climate-controlled vehicle or IATA-compliant crate, with a handler who checks on them regularly and keeps to the planned route.
Care Stops
Scheduled breaks for water, toileting and a leg stretch, timed to your pet's needs rather than squeezed in wherever's convenient.
Delivery
Your pet is handed over in person at the destination, with a short handover chat about how the journey went.
Follow Up
We check in a day or two later, mostly because we're genuinely curious how they've settled in, not just to close the file.
What's worth having ready
None of this is required, but it makes the first hour of the journey noticeably smoother.
- Vaccination and vet records, especially for international moves
- A blanket, toy or bedding that already smells like home
- Written feeding instructions and any medication schedules
- An emergency contact who can be reached on collection day
- Crate training in advance, if your pet hasn't travelled before
