We provide pet relocation and transport services within South Africa and internationally, including road transport, airport collection, and coordination of documentation for international journeys. The exact scope of each booking is confirmed in your individual quote.

Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change if journey details, dates or pet information change after the quote is issued. Payment terms, including any deposit required to confirm a booking, are set out at the time of quoting.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about your pet's health, temperament and any special requirements. For journeys requiring vaccinations, permits or health certificates, you are responsible for ensuring documentation is valid and provided on time, though we will assist and advise wherever we can.

Cover applicable to your pet's journey is outlined at the time of booking. Our liability in connection with the services is limited to the extent permitted by South African law, and full details will be set out in your service agreement.

We understand that plans change. Notice periods and any applicable fees for cancelling or rescheduling a booking are set out at the time of quoting, and we'll always talk you through your options directly.

Journeys may occasionally be delayed or affected by circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, airline schedule changes, customs processes or regulatory requirements. We will keep you informed and work to minimise disruption wherever possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
