Booking & Planning

For journeys within South Africa, two to three weeks gives us enough room to plan routes and rest stops properly. International relocations need more lead time, generally six to eight weeks, mostly because of vet documentation and airline scheduling.

During the Journey

Yes. You'll receive updates at key points along the route, and our tracking page gives you a live view of where your pet currently is.

International Moves

It depends on the destination country, but usually a vet health certificate, proof of vaccinations, and sometimes an import permit. We'll send a checklist specific to your route as soon as we know where you're headed.

Safety & Cover

Yes, cover applies from collection to delivery. We'll talk you through exactly what's included when we put together your quote.
